Yokosuka MXY-7 Model 11, 1046
History
The Ohka on display at Cosford is a Model 11, serial number 1046, also known by the British Aircraft Preservation Council (BAPC) number 99. It was one of four Ohkas brought to the UK for evaluation in 1945 and was previously displayed at the Royal Aircraft Establishment Rocket Propulsion Research Establishment at Westcott. In 1976, it was transferred to the RAF Museum Cosford, where it has remained ever since .
