The Ju 52 Halle, operated by the Traditionsgemeinschaft Lufttransport Wunstorf e.V., is a museum dedicated to the history of German air transport. Among its exhibits is a DFS 230 glider, currently undergoing reconstruction. This project aims to provide visitors with an authentic representation of the glider's design and its role in military operations. The restoration is conducted with meticulous attention to historical accuracy, ensuring that the exhibit offers a tangible connection to the past . Included are the mainframe of a original DFS 230, combined with parts from different sources.
